Urban Loft Living
The challenge was to create an urban loft condominium. The building is located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. The layout was developed for a single Owner that host several client and friend gatherings. Challenged with the need for public space and private space, and allowing the space to host several people, but at the same time not feel like a large open area. We utilized moving walls, built in cabinets, level changes and zone partitions to create a modern urban loft.
