comprehensive facility renovation
We were challenged with the task of transforming an outdated 1950’s building into a contemporary hotel. The project is located in the heart of downtown Tallahassee, Florida. The existing building is in the process of an exhaustive makeover including new storefront window system, new interior finishes (including lobby, bar, meeting rooms, banquet hall, bistro cafe and guestrooms) new pool area, and entirely new mechanical systems. This project is slated to achieve LEED certification under the New Construction guidelines, and far exceeds the minimum code requirements in many areas.
