Urban Apartments
A revitalized downtown had a demand for student housing, created by a recent expansion of a college campus in downtown. The new apartments are located on a five sided site with one edge located on the main street. The mid rise building is a mixed use development, with retail located on the first level along the main street. The two bedroom apartments are built out to the edge of the site creating a street presence which allowed for an internal courtyard for the students.
